Worrying is about as effective as chewing gum to solve algebra
School, to me, was the easiest way to do absolutely nothing.
Infact, school gave me some pretty screwed up ideas on how the world worked - Because the education system is utter balls. It wasn't a bad time in school, it was just a pain in the ass. I was constantly told that I was terrible at subject X, and when I pretty much stopped going to half my classes my grades went up. I discovered booze about then, and they went straight back down again :B
School is great for learning the basics - But they try too hard to catagorise everyone into their theoretical careers - And don't do enough (Though, that is VERY understandable in the UK, considering the crap teachers get, and the shit pay) to get students doing what they're good at. You're either passing, or failing in this country - If you're failing no one cares enough to help.
Honestly? School, to me, is all about building the base for solid friendships, and teaching you the basics. Find you way out as soon as possible, so long as you can do it without compromising your financial security, and your moral. I tried to force myself through the hoops of school, but failed miserably. I walked out, and despite what pretty much every teacher said to me, I have a half decent job that I hate (Par for the course, so to speak) and an awesome job that I love, here.
I definitely would not be who I am without school, but I could probably have done with moving out of school earlier than I did.

Yeah, but as soon as you ask me to do something, I have to start thinking, which is more than any other job I've ever had :B
